Your files and text

Text to SRT, SRT to TXT and the homepage preview process your content locally in your browser. SRT Pilot does not upload your file contents, store your transcripts in a database, or send your conversion input to an AI service.

Website delivery

The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Loading it involves ordinary network requests, and Cloudflare may process connection information such as your IP address and request metadata to deliver and protect the site. Local file processing does not mean that visiting the website creates no network traffic.

Cookies and analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits, successful conversions, copies and download requests. Google Analytics may use cookies and process device and connection information. We do not load analytics until you accept. We do not send subtitle content, file names, URL query strings or fragments to Analytics, and advertising signals are disabled. Your choice is saved in local storage; your conversion input is not. You can change or withdraw consent using Analytics preferences in the footer. Hosting security features operate independently.

Downloads and your browser

Downloaded files are saved by your browser. Clearing a tool resets its current input and output; it does not delete files you have already downloaded. Browser extensions and your device settings are outside the tool’s control.

If you email contact@srtpilot.com, the information you send is used to respond to your request. Do not include sensitive subtitles unless you intend to share them.
