Text to SRT, SRT to TXT and the homepage preview process your content locally in your browser. These tools do not upload your file contents or send your conversion input to an AI service.

YouTube transcript retrieval

When you use YouTube Transcript Generator, your video link and optional caption language are sent to our server. We send the video ID as a clean YouTube URL and your requested language to Supadata to retrieve existing captions. Tracking parameters in your pasted link are not forwarded. This feature requires server processing; it is not a local file conversion.

We temporarily retain retrieved captions for up to 24 hours of recovery access so the same signed-in account can retry an interrupted request without another import charge. Expired results are unavailable and are removed during subsequent service cleanup. We retain import usage and transaction records separately to enforce allowances and reconcile purchases. Subtitle contents are not included in application analytics. Exports are created in your browser. Supadata processes requests under its own privacy policy. Cloudflare may process connection information for delivery and request limiting. Do not submit links you do not want to share with these services.

Workspace projects and accounts

The workspace saves projects and processing presets in this browser on this device. They are not synced to an account or uploaded by local editing. You can delete saved projects in the workspace. Export a project backup before clearing browser data or moving devices.

Creating an account stores your email, account details and authentication records. Essential session cookies keep you signed in. We retain purchase, subscription and import allowance records to provide paid services. Stripe processes checkout and payment details; we do not store card numbers. Verification and service emails use our email delivery provider. Contact us to request account-data deletion, subject to required transaction retention.

Website delivery

The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Loading it involves ordinary network requests, and Cloudflare may process connection information such as your IP address and request metadata to deliver and protect the site. Local file processing does not mean that visiting the website creates no network traffic.

Cookies and analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits, successful conversions, copies and download requests. Google Analytics may use cookies and process device and connection information. We do not load analytics until you accept. We do not send subtitle content, file names, full URL query strings or fragments to Analytics. To understand how visitors find us, we send only the referring website’s origin (without its path or query), or a known page name for an internal referral. We also accept short campaign labels from utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign; other parameters are discarded. Campaign labels must not contain personal information. Advertising signals are disabled. Your choice is saved in local storage; the workspace separately saves projects locally as described above. You can change or withdraw consent using Analytics preferences in the footer. Hosting security features operate independently.

Optional Umami analytics

Umami is separately off until you allow it. Our service at stats.agenlify.com measures approved page visits, completed conversions, successful copies and started exports. Only a fixed page title, known page paths, approved referral origins, limited predefined campaign tags and the tool type are sent. No subtitle text, original content, file names, email addresses or arbitrary search terms are sent. The service processes technical connection information when an allowed request is made.

Optional Umami preferences below the footer lets you decline or withdraw Umami. Do Not Track, Global Privacy Control and your existing analytics rejection also block Umami. Allowing Google Analytics does not automatically allow Umami. Your optional choice is stored on this browser; local tools work with analytics off. Download events describe a started export, not a guarantee that a file was saved.

Downloads and your browser

Downloaded files are saved by your browser. Clearing a tool resets its current input and output; it does not delete files you have already downloaded. Browser extensions and your device settings are outside the tool’s control.
